Shipping Policy
At EcoTail Pets, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, from browsing our curated selection of eco-friendly pet products to receiving your order promptly and efficiently. Our shipping policy is designed to be clear and straightforward, ensuring you know exactly what to expect when you shop with us.
Shipping & Delivery Information
- Free Priority Shipping is available for all orders within the United States
- Flat-rate shipping for orders going to Canada and the United Kingdom and other selected international countries.
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via UPS
- Customers can add protection insurance for $1.99 by checking a box at checkout
- We have a paw-cessing fee which is the processing fee for $1.99 which covers the special care and eco-friendly effort that goes into every order. This tiny fee helps us pack each order with eco-love, safe materials and personal care.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our website
- A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours after placing an order. The tracking number will be active on the day the order ships.
International Shipping:
- Currently, we ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, United Kingdom, Canada, Philippines and other selected countries.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- EcoTail Pets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
- EcoTail Pets is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns and Refunds

- Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and all major debit and credit cards
