1. Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing or using the EcoTail Pets website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

SMS/Text Messaging Policy
Welcome to EcoTail Pets. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
1. Introduction:
- By subscribing to our SMS/text messaging services, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing messages (e.g., cart reminders) via SMS from EcoTail Pets. This agreement is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
2. Opt-In:
- By providing your mobile phone number, you are opting in to receive SMS notifications from EcoTail Pets. You agree to receive SMS messages related to your interactions with us, including but not limited to promotional offers, order confirmations, and shipping updates.
3. Opt-Out:
- You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any of our messages. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. For help, reply "HELP" to any of our messages or contact our customer service at support@ecotailpets.com
4. Frequency of Messages:
- The number of SMS messages you receive will vary based on your interaction with us. We may send messages related to your orders, promotions, or other relevant updates.
5. Charges and Fees:
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Please check with your carrier for specific fees and charges that may apply.

A small Paw-cessing Fee (aka processing fee) may be applied to influencer kits, orders, or services to help cover eco-friendly packaging, fulfillment, and platform maintenance. The amount of the Paw-cessing Fee is subject to change at EcoTail Pets®’ sole discretion.
By continuing to participate in the EcoTail Pets® Partner Network or placing orders through EcoTail Pets®, you agree to any applicable Paw-cessing Fees in effect at the time of your order.
6. Privacy:
- Your privacy is important to us. We will not share or sell your personal information, including your mobile number, with any third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent. 7. Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraudulent Claims – No Exceptions Policy
- Proof of Delivery: All orders are shipped with tracking and/or delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled and received.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the recipient. Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.
- Chargebacks & Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or dispute for an order that was delivered or shipped without first contacting us will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to falsely claim non-delivery, abuse refund policies, or obtain products for free through deceptive tactics will result in a permanent ban from purchasing and legal action if necessary.
- No Exceptions: We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity. By purchasing from EcoTail Pets®, you agree not to file chargebacks or disputes without first contacting us to resolve any issue in good faith.
8. Changes to this Policy

EcoTail Pets – Terms & Conditions for Digital Sales & Services
Effective Date: April 4th , 2024
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of digital services provided by EcoTail Pets, LLC (“EcoTail,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing services or submitting payment, you ("you" or "the user") agree to these terms in full.
1. Scope of Services
EcoTail offers digital services including but not limited to: training materials, platform access, branding content, onboarding systems, and/or strategic guidance. These services may be delivered electronically via email, file sharing, or secure dashboard access.
Partner Networks may be offered Yumkins® Sample Kits or other promotional items. EcoTail Pets® may provide such kits at no charge, at a discounted rate, or with an applicable Paw-cessing Fee, depending on program level and performance.
These kits are provided for promotional use only and are not intended for resale unless otherwise authorized in writing by EcoTail Pets®.
2. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by EcoTail including digital guides, templates, media, training modules, and documentation are protected intellectual property of EcoTail Pets, LLC.

You may not redistribute, resell, duplicate, or reverse-engineer any content.

Breach of this clause will result in immediate legal action and account revocation.
3. Indemnification & Enforcement
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EcoTail Pets, LLC and its owner(s), agents, and contractors against any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of services or attempts to defraud the platform or business.
EcoTail reserves the right to modify, restrict, or revoke access to any user found in violation of these terms without refund.
4. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions will be handled in the courts of Cherokee County, Georgia.
By submitting payment for any EcoTail Pets services, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 access, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which serve as a legally binding agreement between you and EcoTail Pets, LLC (“EcoTail,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
5. Service Overview
EcoTail provides digital services to Affiliates/Partner Networks who are also known as Influencer Managers (IMs), independent contractors, employees, and other third-party users under structured Tier 1 and Tier 2 offerings. These services may include invoiced onboarding, account setup, dashboard access, branding elements, digital product customization, and/or platform tools.
Partner Networks such as Influencers, Influencer Managers, Sales Reps and other employees/contracts are compensated according to the commission schedule published in the EcoTail Pets® Partner Network materials. This schedule may be tiered and is subject to change at the sole discretion of EcoTail Pets®.
EcoTail Pets® may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, flat-rate payments, or tiered commission increases tied to sales milestones, subscription sales, or partnership performance.
6. Non-Refundable Digital Services
All payments made to EcoTail Pets are for digital services and are non-refundable after 48 hours of receipt. Upon payment, you are granted access to proprietary materials and services, and therefore, all sales are considered final. You waive all rights to request chargebacks, file payment disputes, or initiate claims against EcoTail after the 48-hour window.
7. Stripe Platform Partnership
EcoTail Pets uses Stripe as its exclusive payment processing partner. All invoice payments for Tier 1 and Tier 2 services are processed securely through Stripe’s infrastructure. EcoTail reserves the right to adjust pricing, payment schedules, or platform configurations at any time. Stripe also serves as our trusted point-of-sale (POS) platform partner for in-person and online transactions. POS systems are provisioned under EcoTail licensing to ensure IRS-compliant recordkeeping and brand-protected transactions.
8. Stripe Payment Terms & Platform Protections
EcoTail Pets, LLC uses Stripe to process all payments securely. This ensures the highest level of fraud protection, encryption, and accountability.

Tier 1 Payments (Manual Card Entry / Invoices):

Payments are sent via Stripe Invoicing or manual card entry.

You are required to use accurate billing information to avoid processing delays or fraud flags.

Any unauthorized attempts to reverse payment may result in legal action and immediate account termination.

Tier 2 Payments (POS, Tap to Pay, Mobile Reader): Tap-to-Pay functionality is an exclusive permission granted only to EcoTail Tier 2 licensees and is not available at Tier 1.

Payments accepted via in-person card readers or tap-to-pay through Stripe’s platform.

EcoTail is not responsible for hardware issues or customer misuse of the device.

EcoTail reserves the right to disable access to services for any disputes deemed fraudulent by Stripe’s platform.

Platform Agreement Acknowledgment:
By using Stripe to pay for EcoTail services, you agree to Stripe’s own Services Agreement and acknowledge that Stripe acts as a neutral third-party processor. Any chargeback disputes will first be reviewed by Stripe. If Stripe rules in EcoTail’s favor, all fees and costs related to the dispute are the responsibility of the buyer.
Digital POS System Use
You agree to use the EcoTail Pets POS system (powered by Stripe) only for authorized and lawful sales. You are solely responsible for all transactions made through your device or login. EcoTail Pets reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the POS platform if suspicious activity or misuse is detected.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EcoTail Pets, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the EcoTail POS system, services, or violation of these Terms.
Independent Status
Your relationship with EcoTail Pets, LLC is that of an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent. Nothing in this agreement shall be interpreted to establish any employment, joint venture, or agency relationship.
9. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for accurately providing your payment information, email, contact details, and any necessary documentation requested by EcoTail to fulfill the services. You must also ensure timely payment of any invoices and agree not to misuse, duplicate, or reverse-engineer any portion of EcoTail’s digital services or branding.
10. Waiver of Legal Claims
By submitting payment, you explicitly waive the right to file claims, lawsuits, disputes, or any legal action against EcoTail Pets, LLC related to the nature of services provided, perceived results, payment processing, or dissatisfaction with services rendered. You understand these services are tailored to your affiliate status or onboarding and are rendered as-is.
EcoTail Pets® reserves the right to suspend or terminate Partner Network participation at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions, misrepresentation of the brand, or other actions deemed harmful to the EcoTail Pets® or Yumkins® brand.
11. Modifications
EcoTail Pets reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
All Tier payments (Tier 1 and Tier 2) and Tier upgrades made to EcoTail Pets® are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No refund, No cancellation and No Chargeback Policy for Partner Networks, Influencer Managers, Yumkins Sales Reps and any other partners on digital sales items and services.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Final Sale: Due to the customized nature of our Tier access, onboarding, and partner network setup, all payments are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

No Cancellations: Once payment has been processed, your access and benefits are automatically provisioned. Cancellation requests will not be accepted.

No Chargebacks or Disputes: You agree not to initiate any chargeback, reversal, or dispute through your payment provider. Any attempt to do so will be considered a breach of this agreement, and EcoTail Pets® reserves the right to pursue legal action and recover associated fees.

Customized Access: Tier access and onboarding services are tailored specifically to you as an individual partner network member, and therefore cannot be resold, reassigned, or transferred.

Acknowledgment of Terms: By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and that you understand this policy applies to all Tier purchases and upgrades.

EcoTail Pets® reserves the right to update commissions, program structures, fees, and benefits of the Influencer, Influencer Manager, and Partner Network programs at any time.
By continuing to participate in the EcoTail Pets® Partner Network (including but not limited to: making sales, redeeming commissions, promoting Yumkins®, or accessing the Partner Dashboard), you acknowledge and accept the most recent version of these Terms & Conditions.
Updated Terms & Conditions will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued participation constitutes binding acceptance of any updates.
