At EcoTail Pets, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, from browsing our curated selection of eco-friendly pet products to receiving your order promptly and efficiently. Our shipping policy is designed to be clear and straightforward, ensuring you know exactly what to expect when you shop with us.

Shipping:

We offer free shipping within the USA. Customers in the United Kingdom and Canada will be offered the lowest flat rate possible based on the shipment.

• Toys, Snacks, Beds & Select Items: 8-15 business days for shipping and delivery.
• Apparel & Most Accessories: 4-7 business days for shipping and delivery.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Processing Time:

Orders placed before 12 PM EST will typically be processed the next business day.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our website.

A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours after placing an order. The tracking number will be active on the day the order ships.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

EcoTail Pets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

EcoTail Pets is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
